Overview

Please note that before you purchase any postcard from us, it is your responsibility to examine the images of the card before making a decision to buy or not. We do not want you to have any surprises! if for some reason you cannot see an image properly, please contact us at {email} and include the SKU number for the card. We will be more than happy to send you the scanned copies via email.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We cannot be held liable for any damages caused by the USPS. If your purchase is below $19.99, we do not include postal insurance. If you would like to include that, please contact us before purchasing and we will send you an invoice with the updated shipping cost.

If your postcard arrived damaged and you had postal insurance on the shipment, please contact the USPS to file a claim and seek a refund for the stated value. If your item was damaged during shipping and you did not have postal insurance, we cannot be held liable for this.

The only situation in which a refund will be granted is we sent you the wrong card.

We do require that you take a photo of the card you received and send it to us at: {email} .We will do our best to find the correct card and ship it to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund less the shipping fees, at your choice.
